Our Story

Hwy 123 Diesel Repair was founded by Mr. Crider with the aim of providing top-notch diesel engine repair services to the San Marcos and surrounding community. He worked as the lead diesel mechanic for Ford Truck City in Buda, TX for 15 years. He is dedicated to ensuring that your vehicle runs smoothly and efficiently and uses his years of experience to do so.

Travis Crider

Lead Technician/Owner

Travis is a skilled auto technician

and has worked on cars with his family since he was 15 years old. He graduated Universal Technical Institute in Houston, TX in 17 months. During his education at U.T.I., he was in the Ford Fact program. Starting in 2009, he worked at Ford Truck City in Buda, TX for 15 years. He was hired at Ford on-the-line and started on the line as a main technician. He has his Ford Master Tech certificate in Engines & Chassis and is up to date on all basic and advanced electrical certifications.

Laura Crider

Office Manager

Our office manager has years of marketing and customer service under her belt. She understands the importance of representing the customer with the utmost care and professionalism. She runs the day-to-day operations of Hwy 123 Diesel & Auto Repair. Trust her to deliver top-notch service with a smile every time.
